High-Temperature
Mobile hydraulic systems are exposed to ambient outdoor temperature conditions, as well as the elements, so they must be able to operate under a wide range of temperatures and conditions. In the southern United States for example, ambient conditions can reach 130° F, making it difficult to limit the fluid temperature to less than 140° F. Gates high-temperature hoses can withstand temperatures from 250° F to more than 300° F, making them the ideal choice for high-pressure hydraulic applications.

Use for high pressure hydraulic oil lines. Meets SAE 100R17 requirements and performance requirements of EN 857 1SC. M3K hose has smaller exterior dimensions and significantly tighter bend radius than other SAE 100R1 and 100R2 hose.
M4KH - Use for high pressure hydraulic applications. Provides tighter than standard minimum bend radius and greater flexibility for easier plumbing.
Use for air brake hose, pressurized hot oil return lines, rotary oil/air compressor lines, engine and transmission coolant lines and hot lube lines. Meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 106-74 and SAE J1402.

G3H High-Temp 2-Fiber Braid Hose - SAE 100R3
G3H is a medium-pressure hose designed to handle hydraulic oil lines, anti-freeze solutions and water. It meets or exceeds requirements of SAE 100R3.
GMV - Global MegaVac Return Line and Suction Hose - SAE 100R4
The highly-flexible GMV hose is reinforced with a double-spiral helical wire to revent hose collapse. It meets or exceeds requirements of 100R4 with half the bend radius.

GTH is a medium-pressure hose designed for hydraulic oil lines, heavy-duty transmission oil cooler lines and glycol anti-freeze solutions.
