PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Each group of saddle configuration types is headed by the product's name, an abbreviated configuration description of the fitting outlet connections, followed by O-ring elastomer and hardware material designations. Configuration descriptions are defined at the end of this catalog. Line drawing illustrations are general representations of the saddles in the group, but may not be an exact depiction of all configurations listed. The size designation always indicates size of pipe for mounting saddle x saddle branch outlet.

CONFIGURATION DESCRIPTIONS & PART INFORMATION

Definitions of abbreviated configuration descriptions and letters contained in part numbers that denote special information are indicated below:

SOC => Solvent Weld Socket (IPS)

Spig => Spigot End (IPS Pipe O.D)

SR => Special Reinforced Plastic Female Iron Pipe Thread

Soc (Spigot) => Dual connection functions as indicated socket size and spigot size in parenthesis ( )

IPS => Iron Pipe Size

C => CPVC

E => EPDM O-ring

V => Viton® O-ring

S => Stainless Steel Hardware

W => PVC White
