Kelly Supply Company (AKA: KSCdirect.com) is a general line Wholesaler of Industrial Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Supplies. Kelly Supply Company started in 1903 and incorporated in 1949 (Nebraska). We have 13 physical locations in Colorado, Iowa, and Nebraska, and sell nationwide via KSCdirect.com. We also sell Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, HVAC, and other related lines.

We accept special orders and specialize in locating “hard-to-find” or specialty items by networking with over 1,000 vendors and manufacturers.

JIT Inventory is available through Kelly Supply’s automated purchasing system. The system keeps a history of customer purchases so that stock items are on the shelves when needed. Over 30,000 items are always in stock!

Terms and Conditions

Ordering: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS, ACH electronic payments, business checks, and money orders for payment. Sorry, we do not accept PayPal payments. If you pay by ACH, check, or money order, please reference your order or quote number on your payment, along with your contact information.

Orders may be entered directly on our KSCDirect.com site. You may also call us at Phone # 800-918-8939, or fax (fax # 308-382-2166), or email your order or questions to us at info@kscdirect.com.

Upon submission of your order, you will receive notice from us by email confirming we received your order, and that your order is being processed. After we have received and accepted your order, we will bill your credit card, and notify you with shipping or tracking information. If we do not accept your order, we will contact you.

Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax on shipments to taxable customers in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota. If you are exempt from sales tax and from a state where we have a tax nexus, please email a copy of your sales tax exempt certificate to us at info@kscdirect.com when you place your order. Or fax it to 308-382-2166 and please reference your order number.

Product Descriptions and Pricing: KSCDirect’s goal is to accurately describe all products offered on the Site; however, in the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason.

Shipment Information: Shipping rates are only valid for the lower 48 states. HI, AK, FPO/APO & US territories are excluded. F.O.B. Shipping Point.

Small Package Delivery Information: You must physically inspect your shipment(s) before accepting them from the carrier. If no one is present for the delivery, please inspect immediately as some carriers require notification of a claim within 24 hours.

If your shipment is damaged or incomplete, use our online tool (link below) right away to notify us. We’ll facilitate the freight claim and work with you to complete your order.

Initiate a Freight Claim

Truck (LTL) Delivery Information: When product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx), it will be sent to you via truck. Truck freight is different than standard small package delivery services in that you will be responsible for getting the product from the back of the truck to your preferred location. Alternatively, most freight carriers offer assistance if desired. Once we email you the tracking information, you can contact the carrier directly to inquire about additional services. The customer is responsible for directly paying the freight carrier for any additional services.

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the box has damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about the condition or the completeness of your shipment(s), please make note before you sign the delivery receipt. If the product is clearly damaged, you can note the damage and refuse delivery.

Initiate a Freight Claim

Undeliverable Shipments: Sometimes, a carrier will be unable to deliver a package to the address provided to them. This can happen if the address provided is incorrect, or if the person present at delivery refuses it. If this happens, the package will be returned to KSCDirect.com.

We will provide a refund to the buyer for the item(s) returned, less a restocking fee and the shipping charges incurred (the cost of shipping both out and back.) If a new shipping address is provided timely, we can re-consign the order. The additional shipping cost incurred will be billed to the customer.

Force Majeure: KSCDirect shall not be liable for any delay in, or impairment of, performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, acts of war, acts of terrorism (whether actual or threatened), governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, epidemics, quarantines, shortages, communication or power failures, fires, accidents, explosions, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, inability to procure supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of KSCDirect in the conduct of its business.

Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our stock products, KSCDirect.com will issue you a refund for the product only, less a restocking fee, for all unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date, provided you obtain an RMA number from customer service. Returns for special order products are subject to vendor or factory return policies.

Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.

Privacy: When you make a purchase from kscdirect.com, we will ask for information such as name, address and credit card information. This information is stored in a secured database, only accessible to employees with access rights to this information. User’s credit information is transferred over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line. This ensures your information is encrypted and cannot be read by any other Internet users. The secure mode begins upon ordering. To check to make sure that information is encrypted, a tiny padlock icon will appear at the bottom of your browser, letting you know information is being sent over a secured connection.
